	Imagine waking in the morning and enjoying breakfast at the outdoor setting. Then as the sun rises relax your senses in the pool - the sound of the waterfall is pure tranquillity. Take some time out to read your favourite book or just walk along peaceful Kewarra Beach where you can relax and appreciate the sounds of the sea. The pool and laundry are shared with the couple who are the onsite managers and owners of the residence. Location: Kewarra Beach is located approximately 20 minutes drive north of Cairns, 15 minutes north of the international airport and 5 minutes south of Palm Cove. The beach is ideal for visitors seeking a quieter pace and more privacy. There are large areas of parkland along the wide, sweeping arc of golden sand that reaches north to Palm Cove. Local shops and services are conveniently located at the entrance to Kewarra Beach where you can purchase grocery items including drinks and takeaway foods. What to do: Great Barrier Reef cruises, snorkelling, scuba diving, scenic plane and helicopter flights over the Reef, Daintree River and rainforest tours, sea kayaking, fishing and sailing charters, bushwalking, jet ski hire, food trail tours, horse riding, 4WD tours, shopping, outback opal mine, Cairns Aquarium, Cape Tribulation, crocodile farm, Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park, Kuranda Train, Kuranda Kraft Village, Cairns tropical zoo and night zoo.
